Mariem Tahra Ahmed Labeid is a geomechanics consultant with over five years of professional underground rock mechanics experience and two years of geomechanical engineering research at the Queen’s University Geomechanics and Geohazards Group. Mrs. Ahmed Labeid has expertise in underground rock mechanics, mine design, operational ground control, mining-induced seismicity, and site characterisation. She has extensive practical experience and knowledge of rockmass behaviour under static and dynamic loading conditions.
