Dr. Luis Mejía will be presenting a paper at Ground Support 2019, Australian Centre for Geomechanics’ (ACG’s) Ninth International on Ground Support in Mining and Underground Construction, which is being held in Sudbury, Ontario, from October 23 – 25, 2019. His paper, titled “Application of the Geological Strength Index in Peruvian underground mines: retrospective 18 years after its implementation”, will be presented during Session Eight: Ground Control Support Design Considerations on October 24, 2019.
